Harper College is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure track Dental Hygiene Faculty position. The successful candidate will provide didactic, laboratory and clinical instruction and evaluate student performance in the associate degree dental hygiene program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene or health related discipline or higher education or coursework in progress in a Master's degree program
• Master's degree in a health related discipline or higher education preferred
• A minimum of three years of clinical dental hygiene practice within the last seven years
• At least two years teaching experience in clinical, didactic or laboratory dental hygiene courses
• Must be eligible for or licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the State of Illinois
• Illinois Certification in Local Anesthetic Administration (or approved equivalent per Illinois Board of Dentistry)
